What is your MOQ for an OEM order?

MOQ is 1000 pcs per design usually. But if your quantity is smaller than 1000pcs, we can also accept the order with a little higher unit price.

Where is your factory and near which sea port?

We are located in Dongyang, Zheiang provice, China, around 2.5 hours' way to Ningbo sea port and 3.5 hours' way to Shanghai sea port by car.

What is your sample policy?

For existing samples, we can send you for free if you pay for the freight. For OEM samples, we charge USD 30 for each design, and you pay the freight by express. lf there is extra molding or plating cost, will be calculated according to the detailed requests.

Do you have stocks?

Yes. we have some stocks with high quality, and you can place a trial order for your shops with smaller quantities.

What is your warranty policy?

If there is any points you are not satisfying, please contact us. We can change the cargoes, revised the cargoes, pay the money back to make up your loss etc. All in all, do business with us, your cargoes in safe, your money in safe, your clients in safe!
